International Women's Day on March 8th, 2021

We have decided to give roses to women on International Women's Day. We started a conversation and can report mostly positive about this campaign.

Even if it is at most just a nice gesture, it was gladly accepted and appreciated by the women we addressed. In this context we would like to mention that we gave away 100 roses.

Our association is of course also interested in solutions to create more equal opportunities for women. That is why we take part in seminars that are offered on women's rights. And, in principle, you can also count on our help if we are told that a woman has gotten into trouble, be it because of religion, aggression, honor, etc.

Thank you Reinhard Wiesemann!

We would like to thank Reinhard Wiesemann (founder of the Unperfekthaus) very much - for the active support in the past days, weeks, months and years. Without his help, the Syrian Culture and Integration e. V. no longer give. Mr. Wiesemann had heard of us when we were in the Caritas premises in Elisenstr. 14 were. This building was demolished; so we had to look for other rooms. Mr. Wiesemann warmly welcomed us to his premises in Rottstr. 24, 45127 Essen, 3rd floor. The premises were nice and large and bright. After a while, the premises were no longer sufficient for us, as our association is growing steadily. Reinhard Wiesemann had founded the Much Respect Center in the same building on the first floor and, due to the lack of space mentioned, had offered us the rooms there after a while. Now we thought we were well taken care of. However, our association became more and more well-known, so that we had enormous access to schoolchildren and people who urgently need support in filling out forms and help with official letters. Since this support is offered free of charge by our association and word of course gets around, the rooms on the 1st and 3rd floors became too small again; we then also got the fourth floor. Thanks to Reinhard Wiesemann, we can do a lot for the education of children and for the integration of adults. If we didn't have this support, more than 2,600 people would be helpless in filling out applications and answering official letters. In addition, more than 250 children or schoolchildren have fewer educational opportunities. Furthermore, Mr. Wiesemann had our parties, such as B. Intercultural children's festival in the Kreuzeskirche, financed and supported. More than 900 people attended our celebrations. All students, employees, children and those looking for help would like to thank Mr. Wiesemann for the great and great commitment and for his considerable support of the Syrian Culture and Integration e. V. Food !!! We are also very pleased that Mr. Wiesemann has improved our Essen City Nord district a lot. Without his ideas and implementation strategies, this district would not be as beautiful as it is now !!!!
