That is why our advisory team offers help with filling out the form
of forms from the JobCenter, employment agency, etc.


We are also happy to help you with translation from Turkish, Arabic, English, French, Berbian, Afghan, Persian and Kurdish into German.

Consultation process

Please register first by telephone on 0201-37644049 (secretariat for advisory matters).
On arrival, your temperature will be taken and your hands will be disinfected.

Please always bring your ID with you so that you can be entered in our system and given you a number.

A student ID or a health insurance card does not count as ID. Unfortunately, we cannot accept you without a valid ID or passport. We ask for your understanding!

Please understand that there may be considerable delays in processing your matter at times due to the high workload.

We also ask for your understanding if there may be waiting times despite an appointment.
